Yes, all of your 4 hours of CEU'S (2023 renewal) needs to be taken with the same provider. This includes instructors as well. You can gain all 4 hours needed with Excel's online courses. This includes instructor's as well. You do not need to take 6 hour reinstatement courses with the same provider. You can take an in person reinstatement class with a provider and your online reinstatement course can be taken with another provider. The only profession that would need to take all 12 reinstatement hours with the same provider are instructors.

The complete cycle can take up to 21 to 28 days. It varies. It depends on holidays and if everyone is busy with renewals. We at Excel will have to process your information and send out to The Unversity of South Carollina. Next, the university has to process your information and send out a certificate of completion. Next, the university will send your information to LLR. LLR will process and then update their system.
